Response expectations
Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment, partnership, sponsorship, program seat, or braider opportunity. The Bwizaroots team reviews inquiries manually and follows up when there is a clear next step.
Children’s information
Child and teen service requests must be submitted by an adult parent or authorized guardian. Please do not submit a child’s birthdate, school, health information, home address, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for initial service review.
Operator access
Inquiry information is intended for authorized Bwizaroots operators who need it to review, respond to, and coordinate the relevant service, program, or partnership process. We limit access according to operational need.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry information only as long as it is useful for follow-up, service coordination, program delivery, partnership review, or reasonable recordkeeping. To request deletion or correction of your inquiry information, contact support@bwizaroots.com.
Sharing
We do not sell inquiry or service-request information. We may use trusted service providers to host the website, store form submissions, or manage operations. Relevant information may be shared with a participating service provider only when needed to review or coordinate a requested service.
