Response expectations
Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment, partnership, sponsorship, program seat, or braider opportunity. The BWIZA team reviews inquiries manually and follows up when there is a clear next step.

The forms are intended for adults, parents, and guardians. Please do not submit a child’s full name, birthdate, school, health information, home address, or other sensitive child-specific information.
Operator access
Inquiry information is intended for authorized BWIZA operators who need it to review, respond to, and organize launch interest. We limit access to people supporting the inquiry, pilot, or partnership process.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry information only as long as it is useful for launch follow-up, pilot planning, service coordination, partnership review, or reasonable recordkeeping. To request deletion or correction of your inquiry information, contact support@bwizaroots.com.
